Standard Product Warranty

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between Customer (the Purchaser) & Perrone Leather, LLC (the Company), the Company warrants its genuine leather and performance textiles against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the product specific technical performance specifications as quoted and the warranty periods defined at


For the avoidance of doubt, all warranty periods are calculated from date of manufacture and the Company’s obligations under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any products that have been evaluated by the Company for warranty disposition and deemed by the Company as defective or non-conforming. This warranty shall not apply to defects or failure attributed to the failure of Purchaser to preserve, store, install, operate or maintain products furnished by the Company to Purchaser in accordance with all applicable specifications for the products, as defined in PQP-183.


The Company does not warrant for the workmanship performed by the Purchaser or a third-party cut and sew firm contracted by Purchaser or Purchaser’s Customers, including for the following: thread breaking, needle holes or perforation due to excessive back tacking, wear due to inherent design flaw such as sharp material or protruding hardware or improper fit, punctures, slices or vandals. Any workmanship claim will be tested against original material in unused condition. Defects or failure due to improper installation or damage caused by normal degradation of composite or adjoining material shall not constitute defective material. Normal wear and tear and/or the need for periodic overhaul and maintenance of any products furnished by the Company to the Purchaser shall not constitute a defect or failure under this warranty. This warranty does not cover Purchaser or Purchaser’s Customers’ down time, or any other costs incurred.


Returns Procedure

Your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. However, any warranty claims must be made with 15 calendar days of receipt, and prior to hides or textiles being cut. Authorization must be granted by a customer service representation before any return can be accepted. Credit will not be given for returned leather or textiles after the approved inspection time period (i.e., 15 calendar days from the day order is delivered). Unless an alternate agreement is made between the Customer and the Company, warranted product will be repaired or replaced. Product is made to Company’s specifications, a copy of which may be obtained by contacting customer service at 1-800-US1-LTHR or by visiting No credit will be issued for cut parts, they will be repaired or replaced upon return. Returned leather and textiles must be packaged in the same way that they were received.
