Enduralite™ is the lightest weight synthetic leather option in the aviation industry, weighing only 1oz per square foot. Enduralite™ synthetic leather is proven in service since 2012, and is incredibly durable, extremely lightweight, available in a range of colors, and Enduralite™ helps improve transportation sustainability initiatives.
Offering unmatched design and cutting services, Perrone relies on America’s first laser-guided water-jet cutting system, and digitized cutting to shorten lead times, improve accuracy, improve sustainability initiatives, and reduce costs.

One initiative that we offer is a Chrome Free Leather. Our system—wet white tanning—refers to leather with a pale cream or white color. This recently developed method of tanning has been increasing in popularity, partially due to contemporary concerns about environmental impacts.
A wide variety of types of leathers can be produced using the wet white system, including automotive and upholstery leathers.
Elite is a premium, high performance leather that offers a soft supple hand along with excellent cutting yield. Elite delivers superior physical performance and comfort found only with the finest full grain leathers.
Featherweight™ is an aniline-dyed leather that is 25 to 35 percent lighter than standard upholstery leather. With the same strength and service-life of traditional leather, Featherweight™ saves weight and increases your payload and revenue opportunities.
Skyline has a lightly texture-enhanced grain with a soft supple hand. This aniline-dyed leather is designed for unsurpassed durability, beauty, and price-sensitive applications.
EnduraLite 1.0 is our updated lightweight synthetic upholstery, featuring the same ink resistance and easy cleaning as standard EnduraLite™. An ideal alternative to fabric covers, EnduraLite 1.0 delivers and optional nano-perforation — a design innovation that permits airflow and transfer of moisture vapor.
Alcantara® is a unique and matchless material with endless customization possibilities like laser etching or perforation. A highly durable material, Alcantara® is stain and scuff-resistant, easily cleaned, and sustainable. Alcantara® offers a perfect balance of aesthetics, tradition, and technology.
Shearling is well-known natural product that keeps pilot seats comfortable year-round. We use only the highest quality, deep nap sheepskin to boost fiber air circulation and seating satisfaction. Available in electrified or curly shearling choices.
